What insurance cover is provided?

The insurance includes cover in respect of any Motorsport UK licenced Coach carrying out duties within the parameters of their role and coach licence level, working within the remit of the 1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Motorsport qualification. 

Coaching will also include research, development and guidance outside of a permitted activity alongside in-car coaching, but only within the remit of the qualifications and for UK geographical location only. This extension of cover is not affected by the principal exclusion relating to non-authorised events.

The period of cover is 12 months from the 1 January each year and includes:

• Public and products liability - £100,000,000
• Medical Malpractice - £15,000,000
• Professional liability - £10,000,000

A £450 liability policy excess applies to each and every claim (with the exception of claims for third party injuries).
